    You get what you pay for $7.25, I wouldn't buy it... Just drop the proper amount of cash and get a good agromax bulb or growbrite...

    I just like the idea of not having to buy a ballast too.

    My question was do you think it is better then4 35 watt CFLS?

    I screweds up The seller just replied and said it does need a ballast How do I cancel a paypal order or am I stuck
