    I was chillin in my car and some guy was out and started staring at me in my car and so i stared back at him for like 5 minutes until i got tired. He was just sitting in his car staring.  so i rolled a blunt and blew the smoke out the car for a bit and took off staring at him some more while I had my shades out. what can he do?

    same thing happened to me. Only they rolled down the window and it ended up being halibut
