i doubt the guy whos offering the steak would try to rip you off, i bet its worth more then $15 a pound, especially if its in the high class range restaurant, if its good shit i think 2 pounds of some tasty steak is worth it, it would depend on your personal situation and how much bud you got and how much you're willing to part with,

but yeah all in all you really should get your self some tasty dinner if you havent already.
