I'm going to be visiting friends in San Francisco in the Outer Mission district and I'm wondering what we should do like at 1 in the morning. It's ok if it's illegal but nothing too stupid.
I'm thinking about getting toilet paper, soaking it in something flammable, roll it out, and lighting it up
