The taste of my weed...

    So i brought a large quantity of weed with me to college. It was a ball jar packed full. Its airtight and in a dry dark place so mold isnt the issue (ive also checked for white spots obviously) but my weed tastes really strange.

    The taste is best described as a sharp earthy taste with a little extra kick to it with some metal thrown in.

    Ive only smoked the top layer which was in contact with the lid. Could the metal from a mason jar lid give weed a weird taste? or is something else wrong with it?

    I suppose over a long time the lid could give it a slight taste. Why don't you try some from the bottom and see for yourself?
