"And look, he was able to do that. I think it's great. Maybe we'll have to give that a shot some day." Could you image if Obama said that and spent 100 days, on his own golf course, during the first year of his presidency? Wow.
It's obvious he isn't happy without being free to play the role of a dictator... as if being a total dick head isn't enough... every time he opens his mouth or tweets, it confirms he lives in his own Walter Mitty delusional world... doesn't say much for those who continue to support him as their denial of his narcissism and hubris is delusional as well... i was a pretty staunch non-fan of Obama, but i can see that if he praised the dictator of a single-party totalitarian socialist state in that very same manner, the very same people currently licking trumps boots would be all over that like it was their boner pills. the partisanship in our country, which was fucking forewarned even, has gotten so bad that they don't even give a shit anymore, they'll throw up Thing 1 and Thing 2 to vote for like they did in 2016 and of course one of them got elected.

It's so cute when sensitive Trump supporters don't like their supreme leader being criticized. I mean, it's ok to have bashed Obama and Hillary and every liberally leaning politician relentlessly and spread fake propaganda in countless threads for years and years...but oh noes if Trump gets criticized too much please we should all be mindful of their feelings and provide his supporters with a safe place.
