The MG is most likely the issue. It is designed using time released nutrients formulated for fruit and veggies and not cannabis.
MG can work, and it isn't made to grow weeds, its for home plants. So you need to make adjustments if you are going to use it. What medium are you growing? What kind of soil? It will take a few days after a flush to notice any change. Keep an eye on the new grow and hope the new comes in okay. I would say you are most likely over feeding.
