Scientist and Philosophers (sp) have decided that the egg came first. The egg containted the first chicken. The animal that laid the egg was not a chicken it laid a chicken because of random mutation. The mutation left a chicken as the result meaning the egg came first.
A chicken and an egg are in bed, making sweet love. Suddenly the chicken rolls over, stretches and lights up a cigarette. The egg says "Well I guess that answers that question".
