The bottom perc in my double perc bong doesn't bubble when the bowls in

    So my girlfriend accidentally broke our double perc bong so we went and bought an exact replacement the original one worked perfect and for some reason we can't get this one to work properly when the bowls in the top perc works just fine but the bottom one doesn't and yes it has a splash guard but that's not what I'm talkin about

    Water level should be right under the honeycomb.

    in an oil rig you should have as much water as you can put in there without it splashing your lips, smoothens the toke

    Usually push my luck and Fill as much as possible, take huge pull through it and if i don't get water i'm good to go :D
