    I have a house there apparently... Never knew that, guess my rents bought it a few months ago.. I'm only 19 years old, but was to know if theres anywhere where I can buy a ROOR? I always wanted one.. so heres my questions

    1- How much are ROORS? (like a small thin one)
    2- Worth the price?
    3- anyone live in NYC and know where I can buy one underage?

    Ask someone to buy it for you, buy it online, or get a fake ID. No plance is gonna sell to you underage unless you know them.

    Yeah OP, the main rule about the Forums is you gotta be 18 to sign up...

    I'd edit that right quick, or you'll get banned, and won't be back until you turn 18...
