Thc Absorption Time?

    Can anyone link me too some research on how fast thc is absorbed into your lungs.

    its about 5 sec. they say your just cutting oxygen off to your brain after you hold the smoke in for more than 5 seconds.

    It should take no more than 3 seconds for all the THC to get absorbed into your alveoli sacs. Holding it in any longer is unnecessary.

    So you have an internet connection and your pretty much asking someone to google it for you?

    But like they said the consensus is about three seconds.
