Testing negative 1st drug test for probation

    First off yes I read the statutes. Well after buying two different drug test brands I passed both. Now I do not know if I have probation as I have yet to go to hearing but I am assuming I do get it. My question is, would they give me early termination once I pass? I have heard they can let you go off completely or early.


    Once again I have read the statutes and googled and have not found too much info (I know someone will post statutes if I don't do this)

    My question may be confusing, but I am not asking what will happen to me, no one knows that, I just want to know if it is legally possible for the PO to give someone early termination if that person passes

    Highly doubtful for passing one test, but ....


    A probation officer can make a recommendation for early termination. A judge can hear special requests for early termination. :smoke:

    On my probation i failed my first 3 tests and passed the last 3 and got my charges dismissed but that was drug court so I think probations a little more serious. What did you get jammed up for if you dont mind sharing
