The government will see this as a severe red flag, because I highly doubt that the temple, which portrayed cannabis as a sacrament, only distributed to medical patients. This is a major blow to the cannabis community.

It's not a matter of truth or false. It's my opinion. Both of my statements are opinions. I said 'it seems' that he's using it as an excuse. If he truly wants to use it for that, then great.
