my grow room temp fluctuates from 67 to 77 - all day long.. my ac is set at 76 temp gets to 77 ac comes on.. temp go's down to 66-67 ac shuts off. temp go's back up 76-77 and ac comes back on.. this is all in ten minutes or so My ? is would this be harmful to my plants..thanks
Not harmful but annoying, yes plants can get annoyed, so causes un-due stress and slows growth, leave a small fan in there to mix up air temps
