Taking "Macro" Bud Pics

Discussion in 'Seasoned Marijuana Users' started by AbsoluttADDY, Feb 3, 2008.

  1. How is the best way to go about doing it?
I have a pretty decent sony 5 MP camera and i know it should be capable, but whenever i take pics it doesnt focus in right and just appears to be blurry

    help please:devious:

  2. My camera has a macra + magnifying glass setting. Otherwise it's a matter of turning macro on, zooming in or out, lightly holding down the shot button to focus, evaluate, repeat or shoot.

I sometimes put the bud under a lightbulb or outside and use that for light rather than the flash.

  3. On mine (might be the same on others) you can't be zoomed AT ALL in macro, make sure its not. Put it under some decent lights and I hold the button half-way down to let it focus, then press it all the way down to take the pic.

  4. If you have an SLR camera, you can take the lens off and hold it on backwards and you can take really good closeup pics.

  5. A lot of cameras have a little flower that represents macro too
