    You should have seen signs of flowering by now. Maybe you have a light leak on the grow room or timer issues.

    id drop her down to 13/11.. ive heard some Sativa strains like that, or cut half a hour off it maybe thats the trigger for it then it knows that the nights are longer and therefor flower

    Bagseed vegged for 30 days. No light leaks. It's just getting bushier
