  1. Let it dry out now. When working with soil changes aren't seen immediately. In other words what you could be seeming is some damage that happened earlier but takes a few days or a week to really show up. Same thing for getting better, it takes a few days but watch your new growth and if it darts coming our green and healthy then your good. The stuff that's been damaged is dead and won't recover. Also I see you are having to prop the plant up. Add a little more soil around it to help support it.

  2. ight cool man i watered it today lightly. ill dry it out some more

  3. How's it looking today?

  5. Yes it does.

  6. no change man still looks the same im just letting it dry out

  7. That's good. You may not see much change for a few days. It will need a little bit to recover but it should take off after all this. In a week it won't look anything like it has. Just take it really slow on the nutes. A young plant can usually go at least a couple weeks before it really needs anything. A little superthrive and some kelp extract (both pretty cheap and readily available) would be all you'll probably need for a while. Top with some earth worm castings and you'd be set.
    Peace

  8. How about some other more experienced growers jump in here with there two cents. I'm not claiming to be myself. Just someone trying to help a brother along.
    Peace.

  9. For you and other new growers out there here's some tips.
Start a journal (you got that covered) but then add a link to it in your signature.
Then read, read, read, and read some more. Go through all the stickies in here and other forums (oh no, blasphemy)
Start following some more experienced growers, even if to just lurk and soak up the info like a sponge.
Here are some I follow. Not saying they are the only good growers/ journals. Hardly the case. In fact there are probably more good grow journals on here than one person can follow.

These are just a sample of some threads that have good discussions going on and people who are willing to help if you're willing to learn. Granted these are all indoor soil grows with a heavy influence in organics but the info is out there for other grow styles. You just have to look around some.
    Peace.

    Happy Growing.

  15. thanks man.should i be worrried about that ph ?

  16. Your probably ok. If you want you can test the Ph of the runoff. Collect some of the water that drains out of the pot when you water it. Test that for Ph.
One thing about soil though is it tends to have less Ph problems. Many of the elements in the soil help buffer the Ph. What is the Ph of your water your using. As long as your water is at an acceptable range for Ph you should be fine.
Remember LITFA. The meter might say the Ph is high but your plant looks good so let it do its thing.

  17. I have some slightly different advice for pH, I'd say figure out how much acid you need to bring your tap water down to a desirable pH, you can use lemon juice, lime juice, vinegar, it doesn't matter, just figure how much is necessary. Tap water is usually a bit basic because they don't want it to pick up lead and copper from the pipes, so usually it needs brought down a bit. I stopped pH testing my soil ages ago, and I usually don't check the pH of my water (but I probably should) but I haven't had pH issues in quite some time. It just makes it easy to keep the pH within the right range, and it's a lot less trouble than dealing with a lock-out if your pH gets too high.

  18. due to certain reasons i need to go ahead and flower most likely. how much u think i could probably yield?
