suggestions please diy grow cabinet

first time grower here looking into grow cabs have been for the last 2 months really passionate about starting to grow been following numerous grow forms since 2008 finally the stars have alinged and things are starting to come together i have my own place now(apartment) main reason for getting a grow cabinet and a 1800 budget i would like to end up with this grow box when its all said and done
