stunted growth

    Can anyone help with a 2 week old seedling who i planted in soil that was to cold so it's stem has turned purple and it hasn't grown it's first set of leaves.This isn't a picture of my plant but it looks similar.

    posting someone else's picture doesn't help us much.

    this plant has the same problem as mine.
