Mental stress can lead to physical stress. And that seems to be the case with me because my neck has been hurting like hell for the past three days and I've been under a lot of stress from life in general. Could it be because my neck is stiff due to the stressful thoughts that goes on in my head? Or could it be because of bad sitting posture when I'm on GC? Whatever it is, it's causing serious pain on my neck and my shoulder. It hurts when I turn my head to my left, and I can't even turn to my right at all. It's like, the bones are stuck. Last night I had a wonderful dream. I was able to fly... Wake up. Wake up and think. Mind over matter. If I can stress myself to pain, I can relax myself to pleasure.
How's your blood pressure? Mines like... off the chart... Not really. I'm in the 'orange' zone. Green - Yellow - Orange - Red Good ---> Bad 100/150
As if I have not enough problems, I get a 'brother issue'. We've never been able to get along very well since we were kids...
I just had a phone conversation with my brother. It started with me asking him a simple question, and developed into a fight, but ended with a compromise. I am worried because there's a good chance that I may have to work with him in the near future.
How's your blood pressure? Mines like... off the chart... Not really. I'm in the 'orange' zone. Green - Yellow - Orange - Red Good ---> Bad 100/150
No clue man, last time I checked was years ago....I remember it was a lot lower than normal though, like resting was between 60-70. Wtf happened
Normal blood pressure would be 90/110. If you get 100 on the lower number, then you have high blood pressure. And if you get 130 on the higher number, then you have high blood pressure. -- 60-70 is very low blood pressure. This could cause dizziness and feeling disoriented. Do you pass out often?
Nope never have, maybe it was a fluke I remember the doctor even rechecked it because she didn't believe it
I've passed out twice in the last two years. Both times I recieved several stitches on my face because my face hit the floor without any resistance. I was passed out. My head dropped as if you had let go of a stone. Nothing was holding it in midair anymore. The neck was gone... the back was gone... certainly my legs were gone...
Two words: Neck. Stretches. I used to have neck strain/pain (lol it rhymes) and my chiropractor showed me some neck stretches. It helped, a lot. It's like oiling old mechanical parts to get them going again. Also making sure your head/eyes are alined with the screen, so you don't have to put effort into staring at the screen.
I often stretch my neck. But I also like to 'crack' my neck. Like, I twist my head to the side real quick, and my neck makes a cracking sound. I can do it both ways. To the left, and then to the right. And it feels good. My wife has been warning me that one of these days, my neck is going to fall off if I don't stop doing that. I think she's right... my head is going to fall off...
^ I should put extra effort on that one. But I need motivation. Just not motivated enough to bust a nut at the moment.
