Besides Northern Lights, what are some good beginner strains? Also, Would Afghan Kush be a good beginner strain for New England? It's almost 100% Indica.
Yes, probably. I have heard good things about Afghan kush, but anything with a nice, fast flowering will do you well. If you're not looking for the dankest of danks and just want to get a feel for growing, the old-school staple is still around: Skunk Genetics I have the same problem with a short grow season. I'm in southern Quebec. For this reason I have not done an outdoor grow in some time. Avoid anything with haze genetics until you feel your kanna-karma has improved. Good luck, I hope this helps. Most of their outdoor strains are bred to flower fast and be mold-resistant.
