saw a thread a few years back about what to do with sticks and seeds. The poster said to use them to make tea in a boiling pot of water then filtering out the sticks/seeds. Anyone else every hear of this?
Well definitely X out the seeds, only thing they are good for is surprisingly they taste like sunflower seed if you dig the core out or growing (i suggest the latter). Some things you can do with your stems though is you can brew tea, or even throw em in a bottle of liquor or use em to make some butter (won't be fantastic but if your trying to not waste a piece it's possible if you got enough.
