States that have medical marijauna laws

Discussion in 'Medical Marijuana Usage and Applications' started by Cali_Toker, Oct 4, 2003.

  1. heres a life of states that have medical marijuana laws, if you suffer from some kind of illness you may qualify for medical marijuana if you live in one of these states.

    Alaska
    Arizona
    California
    Colorado
    Hawaii
    Maine
    Maryland
    Nevada
    Oregon
    Washington

New York is another state trying to pass medical marijuana laws, so add that to the list within a yr or so.

  2. I don't know if this pertains to this forum but anyways. I'm just curious anyone is on here from Maine and if so if you're a caregiver? And if that's the case what is the criteria for becoming one in the state of Maine? Any info is greatly appreciated

  3. About 50 percent of the US states have either legalized marijuana either for medical or recreational purpose. Recently canada has opened its market for the recreational marijuana giving a way for another industry that can fill federal coffers.
