    8 inches from the tops of the plants and no light burn or stress :hookah: start of week 6 another 3 to go..

    My kids been using them for a couple of years. Too pricey for me. I like my 315 cmh

    I agree it is pricey i just been hitting over 1lb and organically with compose tea with a couple plants my light bill is up 50-60$ a month totally worth the investment in the long run saving money
