Discussion in 'Growing Marijuana Outdoors' started by JohnnyFrisco420, Jul 20, 2019.

  1. So I recently saw that my plant has a split in it ( in a croch)

    What’s the best thing to do to save the plant ?

    I can post pictures just lemme know if you guys want some;

    I’ve tried to hold it back together with tape ; idk if that will help

    Thanks for your help!

  3. What you did with the tree tape is probably the best remedy. Now it's time to make a trellis so more branches don't start splitting as they put on weight.

  4. And tying off the other branches with that tree tape is a good idea too. Preventative measures.

  5. Buy a toilet ring from the store. Tie the branches a bit tighter if you can but then take a chunk from the toilet ring and use it to completely cover the crack. It is made from beeswax and you get the best bang for buck from buying toilet ring (~$3). The beeswax prevents contaminants from getting inside and is very good for protection from water and exposure. Try not to spray inside the crack with anything.
