Sorry if this is too old, but I was watching to news today and they listed Washington DC as the highest murder rate in the world. Iraq (as in the country) was next, though im sure they didn't count the millions massacred and hidden awayed from Saddam, not implying anything deeper. Also im not quite sure how they made numbers either. They gave DC a 47.3 or somethign and Iraq like a 33.2, im not quite sure if that was some kind of average, but there was a whole segment on the news about it.
