Something messed up

  1. Well I work out quite alot now. Got lazy for a while but started up again for the past month. Anyway I use to lift a decent amount of weight. I could bicep curl a 35lb. dumbell pretty easily. Now I can only lift a 20lb. And for some reason its hard as shit. I tried for a whole month to move up to 25lb. and so on. But I couldnt. Every other machine and such I can lift the same amount of weight just fine and shit. I just can't lift dumbells anymore. Has this happened to anyone or someone maybe get me info on what might of happened to me?
     
  2. Only thing I can think of is, you work out too much and your actually losing some lean muscle, an injury, not working out enough? :confused: It's not more painful or anything?
