One day, I went round my friends and whilst co oping on borderlands 2 he whispered "I have something to show you before it gets too dark ..." Now his aunty has grown some of the best bud I have ever tasted and I knew his mum had previously done a couple of crops. He took me outside and hidden behind plants, trees and shrubbery were some exotic trees...I had honestly NEVER seen plants this big in my life except in videos and on TV. Just to grab the bottom of the top cola on them, I had to tip toe (and im 6'1). They were literally trees. We then went into his green house and there was this LA Woman (DNA Genetics) with about 6 tops and I just stood there amazed, I turned to him and said "I didn't know you or your mum knew how to top plants, when did you do it?" He explained that the plant had been dropped and one of the braches snapped off being transported from his aunts to his. I looked at him and just told him that it was a good thing that they dropped it, this plant was a yielding monster and looked peng (was my favourite of all of them). Anyway the beginning of october came and the plants were still in the ground, I told him that his mum NEEDED to crop them or she would risk getting mildew and mold over them. I kept telling him this every couple of days and all he kept saying was "I have, but she won't listen". The middle of october, he told me that half of the crop had become moldy and his mum was p***ed. I just laughed and told him that it was her own fault. He had a sour chiesel auto flower and he asked me to look at it for him. I inspected it and this plant was beginning to get mold. I didn't know what to say, this plant needed to come down, but after what I kept saying just the end of september, beginning of October, would she really have listened to me? She ended up cutting off the branch and putting it back outside, she rang her sister up and her sister told her to crop it. I looked at my friend and instantly said "Yeah she could have sent it hermaphrodite by cutting that branch off" I had only previously done 2 crops, but had done a shit load of research after my first grow. She had about 10 plants outside and 5 in the greenhouse. I may have only been 19 or 20 at the time, but of she'd have listened to me I could have saved her crop. This just goes to show that age isn't everything, especially when you go from normal flowers and plants to cannabis... Anyone had any similar experiences? please share
