Black nursery soil (comes in 25Kg bags), peat moss, Perlite, worm castings, rotted sheep poo.
perlite? the volume may depend on how dry or wet your zone is?
Yeah about 10%. The black soil is really heavy solid stuff. The Perlite helps break it up.
