Soapbar Hash

    Ok so basically I have a friend from belgium visiting and he forgot to take out a small piece of hash from the front pocket of his bag. he passed security and everything, he's here now, in ny. he lives in brussels, and i'm pretty sure this is soap bar hash (really hard, have to heat it to use it). it's pretty dark and when i tried heating it with my bic lighter for two seconds, my whole room started to smell. should i smoke this? i've heard a lot of not so good stuff about soapbar hash.
