at least i don think, i been goin walkin 2 miles in this park as a warmup and then joggin 2 back, n the first day was like "wow, i'm fucked" n now 5 days later i can actually keep goin for more than 30 seconds haha, still goin to the doctors on thursday to get a checkup and some nicorette patches, cuz i aint been there in awhile. but yea, i guess i was jus super out of shape or somethin, recovered quickly though, i guess my body is just resiliant and bounces back easily, thank god cuz i thought my respiratory system was fucked
