My care giver said the way the laws wrote out as of yesterday is that it is no longer legal for people without their hard card to buy medical marijuana.Please shed some light on this for me...am i screwed till i get my hard card now?
Where is your caregiver getting this information? This doesnt sound correct seeing as there is 2-3 month wait on your hard card.
the court actually said... dont start growing until you actual are legal. dont use the medical defense for growing whilst waiting for your application process. that was my understanding
