I made about a 100 dollar purchase in october, and it never arrived. The people at the city kept telling me that they sent me a new order, and it never came. Now I want my money refunded, and everytime I send a support request asking if they will please refund my money, all I get back is a blank box. I am very frustrated by all of this.
the suppourt section works just fine, maybe its your hardware/software, but you can always send an email to support@grasscity.com , you will always be answered witihn 48 hours an we will take your problems seriously and take care of them, as always! Kind regards, SJ webmaster
