smoking in Florida and Miami

I'm about to move to Miami, Florida and I've never been there... that's why I used my decision making abilities to decide to ask you about life there =)
How is it out there? How hard is it to get nice budz there? How much are they? Is there any rip-off's?
In other words any useful info concerning Florida, Miami and marijuana would be very appreciated. Thanx.
