I found a small metal cabinet in the basement and I am thinking about doing a grow inside of if. The area inside of the cabinet is 31" tall and about a foot deep by 1.5 feet wide would this be enough room for lets say 2 65watt cfls and 2 small plants either auto flower or 12/12 from seed? The cabinet currently has a shelf in the middle but it looks like it can be knocked out rather easily only tack welded in. I would knock out the middle shelf paint the inside with either a metallic silver or a bright white color. Install a 12v fan in the top to clear out the heat from the cfls and mount a couple of light fixtures...
most likely going to be wayyy too small for 2 plants, you might be able to get away with 1 plant though
what I would do if there was two plants in there is start one plant and 4 weeks later start the other so I could have a harvest every 4 weeks or so....
