    I'm about to get blazed and play skyrim for the first time in forever 8)
    What should I do?

    Research

    They should have included a set of rules on how to play
    there are so many tangents you can follow
    I just started playin myself
    hard Game as far as I can tell

    I did that in Fallout, New Vegas I think. I got the perk where you can cannibalize humans you've killed. It was awesome. Killed literally every NPC I could.
