  1. Skin is most sensitive part of body, its needs more care and protection. Healthy diet and prevention from some internal and external factors can help you in achieving good skin health. The following factors can accelerate skin aging:
     sun exposure
     first- or secondhand cigarette smoke
     environmental toxins
     poor diet
     excess alcohol consumption
     stress
     harsh soaps or detergent-based moisturizers
     sleep deprivation
