  1. Found an inspiring article on CNN.com.

  2. That's cool but depressing when it cites part of her personal reason for running as dealing with her father's alcoholism. I can relate, it's fucking ridiculous that I have a problem because of someone else's problem, even if he is my father. How selfish can you be to not deal with your own addiction even when its affecting your children?

  3. That's a good program, it really is. The government should be spending money on things like that...

  4. why dont they give them fucking food instead of goddamn jogging shorts?

you have to be clean and sober for thirty days?

thats the biggest load of horseshit ive seen in my life.

running is one of the best substitutes for getting fucked up,

it could actually help people kick their habit quicker,

who are they to say that drug users cant run?

"oh, you homeless people are worth my time to help,

but you homeless people are a shame to society. you cant join our club."

    yea thats really altruistic.

  5. Damn this is a great idea

If I was ever homeless, the first thing I would want to do would be get up at 530-600 to run with a bunch of people who are actually doing something with their life

But the biggest perk I get out of it? Running shoes and gym clothes!

    woooooooooohooooooo

Just another example of rich people making fools of homeless people while 'pretending' to help
