Got two plants that are showing very different signs of stress. Both in the same grow medium, both different strains. Both are only given natural spring water until they hit flower.. 1. White Ruski About 42 days in, will start to flower in a week. Has a few leaves like this, and no clue what it is.. Growth has been pretty good and no other issues 2. Blueberry Auto She is a bit of a temperamental bitch this one. Growth decides to stall when I lightly prune. But she's begun to shoot up again and has shown signs of stress.. Any ideas? Clues? Hints? Tips? Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
I was thinking that, but what nutes? I have read a bit about the curved leaves being a nitrogen deficiency. Thinking the yellowing could be iron? Any help would be awesome peeps Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
A nice kelp/EWC tea would suit them nicely. I use 1/2 cup of kelp meal and EWC in a 5 gallon bucket and throw and air stone in there for a few days to agitate things. My plants love it.
yea brah you gotta know your ph. In a true organic soil grow ph isn't really a worry but in soil mediums that are not organic or haven't had the right amendments your gonna have to pay attention to the water your putting in it's ph.
Ok, I will get a ph tester. What kind of ph am I looking for? I have heard I want run off at around 6-6.5? Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
Soil sitting between 6 and 6.5 - purchased a pen to check run off ph as well Spring water sitting around 5.8-5.9 Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
Using the 'stick in medium' PH tester, Both plants sitting around 6.7-6.8 The better plants are thriving at around 6..even after using nutes the other day So..would I be right in saying the PH has locked some nutrients out? What is a really good natural way to calm these bitches and their Ph down? Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
