Don't get sidekick. It's a horrible smartphone. If I was you, I'll wait till next year when Tegra become mainstream. T-mobile gave out news about that and said they might can retrieve it.
Everyones contacts came back very fast and for people who lost there contacts permanatley tmobile gave them 100$ gift cards and like 1 other thing
mine got deleted permanetely, but i heard that i wont get the 100$ card till october 27th or something, i still gotta find out where to go to get it.
Should I get the mytouch? Im honestly steering away from touchscreens, ive had 3 and all kinda disappointed me.. Ive been wanting a sidekick for idk how long, but yea ive been hearing alot about there data service and shit fucking up Hmm
i aint gonna lie tho, i love my sidekick 08 sharp had it for a year now, its my favorite phone for texting.. and its actually pretty good i mjust pissed bout the lost of contacts

if you're older than 12 i would not get a sidekick... i've had 3 of them, they all sucked equally try one of these that one^ is the blackberry 9700, being released on T-mobile sometime in Nov.
I have the Sidekick Slide, which is pretty much the same thing except it opens up differently and is $100 cheaper haha. I like it.
