The sidekick used to be the flagship phone of T-Mobile, heck it's what I used up until Christmas when my fiancee bought me the MyTouch 3G. I've always been waiting for the update for the sidekick but it never came. A few weeks ago the Sidekick 4G was leaked onto the internet and I couldn't really be happier. T-Mobile Sidekick 4G leaks with Samsung branding - SlashGear Definite first day buy for me.
I didn't know they still made sidekicks. I use to like them until I realized how obsolete they were and how they were just selling off hype and marketing. Haven't checked the new one out but hopefully they've caught up.
The sidekick was a great phone for it's time. It just got overshadowed by higher end phones like the iPhone and Droid. Another problem was that the service was extremely unstable. I'm sure that they're going to make this phone a lot better. The sidekick will also have a front facing camera.
