    How much should a first timer do? I want an experience to remember, enough to explore the mind.

    I would start with somewhere between 2 and 3.5 grams.

    If it's your first time, that looks like a good dose. Have a great time, I just shroomed yesterday and had an amazing trip :)

    it all depends on how big you are Im 5'11 190 lbs and i did 1.5 g's two nights ago and it didnt do anything
