I highly recommend it (at night in a secluded area) Just walk barefoot on the grass, dance, skip and sing if you wish And praise Gaia for returning water back to the Earth, the source of life and death from which all consciousness emerges. Water, the compound that makes up most of our body, anything we eat or drink and all forms of life. Let it cleanse your body mind and spirit and when you come back inside you will feel renewed
