Should most of the burden for birth control be shifted towards men?

  1. There's a new birth control for men that is apparently 100% effective. Given that condoms are not 100% , such as breakage or leaks and having a woman's reversal fallopian tube rying procedure probably has a lower sucess rate than the man or have them on the pill ,which could have some serious sideeffects given that ti's playing with hormones. Given the risks and benefits of the procedure should men men hold more responsibility when two parties consent on preventative measures?
