hi im not sure if i should transplant these or not. they are currently in a 5 gallon bucket and they have been there since they were big enough to survive outside. i dont know if i should leave them in the bucket or if i need to transplant them into a larger one. any help is greatly appreciated. here are the pics of the whole process so far. http://forum.grasscity.com/outdoor-marijuana-growing/883410-my-first-outdoor-grow-pics.html
It depends on a lot of factors. Do you have a height limitation? How old is it? Has the growth been stunted recently? Stuff like that.
Personally, judging by the pics, I would go for a larger pot. I have that go big or go home mentality.
no height limits. it can grow as big as possible. i germinated it on june 15. the growth hasnt stunted much but im worried about the root rot and i want as much yield as i can get. well quality yield
How big (estimate if you need to) are the ones you have now? I can't really gauge how big they are from the pics with no size comparison. NVM! I'm dumb. You mentioned that already.
If growth isn't stunted, wait until it slows down and be sure it's a result of the roots. That will ensure the roots are well established. Once that happens, if you need to, and daylight permits, you can go for a larger pot. Many people are fine all the way through flowering in 5 gallon pots.
