Should I tie up side branches to receive better light?

I am sporting a single 150watt hps on my single Jack Herer about 30 days into 12/12 flowering and the buds that are in the direct light seem to be flourishing whereas the bottom buds have stunted since birth.

I am wondering if i tie them to the main stem to be closer to the direct light since they are just spread out too far to get enough light.

She is roughly 3'6" so as you can imagine the lower branches don't get much lovin.

 

Thanks for the advice, it seems like the lower buds are developing faster than the top ones though as they have formed red hairs already, whereas the top buds are still white.
