should I get 4.0 glass 12 arm for 19 birthday.

    So my birthday coming up should I get a 4.0 glass bong or some other company similar style for same price. I live in canada Near ottawa and have no good headshops most have fake roors. :mad: If you can also pm me some sites that be great thanks gc.
