So I live in the US and I ordered some items and they have been sitting in Madrid for 4 days now and I was wondering if anyone else gets really bad shipping when it crosses through spain?
generally things going through customs takes a while don't get to worried, nothing wrong with contacting customer support though. you can find their email in the store.
