    Is it safe to have seeds sent across U.S. borders from California to the Midwest region?

    And yes, it's not illegal to own cannabis seeds, as long as you don't germinate them

    I'd put them in some sort of electronic device...and old mp3 players battery compartment...etc etc You say across US borders, you mean state borders? Or Midwest region of Canada? I think you'll be fine shipping seeds within the states.
