1. It's misleading because this is only about terrorism suspected individuals.

So maybe you can write a joke anyone having around more than 10 boxes of matches- the authorities will believe is planning to build a bomb from matchheads.

At the time the guy buys a 99 cents kitchen timer the SWAT moves in and there is gunfire all over the place like in movies.

Seriously- I do not mind about the guy is too stupid actually to build this matchhead bomb,I mind about the reality he would harm people if he could, and he would take money from extremists if he only could get it.

If they realize such a person, they should be able to put that person in detention. No matter if there are any built bombs or not.

But if you write on a blog that you do not agree with forced evictions of people in Palestina, they should not become able to come to your home, break into it, and pick you up and put you into detention.

There is a difference between the intention to comit an act of terrorism, even if it is only a matchhead bomb, and the expression of disagree to some politic situation.

I can write as much as I like that I do not agree with forced evictions of palestinian's, and I can even add the J. scare me off. That does not make me a PLO supporter and it does not establish any link to terrorism.

On the other hand if I write for instance "they should be shot", or some atrocities should be done "burn the place", it is clear here I do not consider applicable laws.

2. A "terrorism suspected individual" could be anybody. There is no trial or jury.

3. A government large enough to provide you with everything you need, is a government big enough to take away everything you have!

4. I was at a dinner party the other night where we celebrated some Spanish tradition of honoring a dead family member... everyone would share something about someone they knew, than light a candle for em.. w/e.

One lady shared the story of a very educated late 19th, early 20th century relative of hers whom wrote several scholarly type articles, papers, all that jazz.

She felt so compelled to share the details of one where this man predicted the new federal income tax would lead to a socialist regime and the eventual fall of America.

It maybe 150 years later, but I believe he was right.

5. How low do the governments approval ratings need to be before armed revolt is justified?

6. Violence is not the solution here. We want to change hearts, minds, laws, and politicians who impede the people's progress. A violent overthrow wouldnt change a thing. History shows us that they usually bring out another dictator in place of the old.

7. Budbro: How would we go about taking power from them? People won't give up power, you've got to take it forcefully.

8. Ever hear of Martin Luther King Junior or Ghandi? Power taken back, no violence. There are examples provided by history. The few only have power because the majority of people dont realize they are the majority and that the power was always theres.

9. Because peaceful protest has gotten us so far with weed?

Only thing these storm troopers will understand is hot lead.

10. I dont see how violence brings peace, but that's my view and I could be completely wrong, but to answer your question it did and is. In the 70s the Supreme court ruled that marijuana should be legal. And atleast one state, Washington I know for sure, decriminalized marijuana.

Those rulings were reversed but since then we've gotten meedical, marijuana avalible in 16 states and D.C, states are decriminalizing marijuana more and more, and more states are on the same path. .alcohol prohibition ended in the states first then federally because the federal government doesnt have the resources to continue it. We are on that same path now, even with Obama

11. Quit going to work, quit paying taxes,,if we don't send them money to empower them they will quit when there is nothing left to steal.

When you go back to work,go to personnel and file an update on your w-2 form,,claim your brother/sister moved in with their family and now you have 10 dependents,,if everyone does this,,no taxes will be paid into the IRS at the end of that quarter.

12. If all people throw away their TV's, you will remove the largest power "THEM" have over "US"! This is how the revolution starts in my opinion.

I'm tv free for 11 years now, and my two kids have so far been raised without tv.

13. I would miss Dances with Wolves on AMC if I did that,,you can program the new ones so they don't even pick up the "news" channels,,pretty amazing stuff,,technology that is.

14. What. The. Flying. Fuck.

One step closer to violent uprising. I honestly think if shit does not change in the next 10 years, there will be a revolution. The frustration and public angry is building to a point where it will explode.

15. If you notice the pic in my sig you will see George Washington, and there is a quote from him in it. Its too small to read so I'll post it here: " To be prepared for war is one of the most effective means of preserving peace. " Even though we want a peaceful solution to be the one that works we must be prepared for when it fails. And if force is all that they will listen to then so be it. Remember the saying: "Absolute power corrupts absolutely." The more power you let the government have the more corrupt it will become.

16. They are afraid...the best thing we can hope for is that the cops and military wake up and realize how oppressed they are, and join with the rest of us against the corruption we call government...

17.
Every politician who votes for this should be charged with treason and hung immediately.
Treason....we all need to commit it. They just have bad intentions. We need to get rid of our congress and arrest those resist.

18. I know most people believe the police can't detain and hold people for no reason, but it's not true. This law will prbably be passed because it's the de-facto norm. The police and the law are a bunch of fascists - I have studied fascism for years in university and my close friends were working towards phd's in ww2 axis history- the social and official norms beliefs and laws line up almost perfectly - and that's why I say with insight and pure conviction- Fuck this military state. I know growers at heart have their shotguns next to nutrient bags- Disillusioned and ready for when they send Their PTSD marine drones from the east back home and sic them on us. even in WA where its decrimilaized.

19. The only problem here is that 15% of the population controls 80%+ of all the wealth. If the bottom 85% of us stop paying taxes, it would make some amount of impact, but not enough to hurt truly hurt the elite. The same holds true for media and politics: The bottom 85% can't outbid the top 15% for media attention for our political candidates. We have no representation for our views and values. Our government has been bought out by a hostile, occupying regime.

The only thing we have over the elite are sheer numbers. In that regard, we severely outnumber them. With that in mind, my hopes for a peaceful resolution to our current plight is rapidly diminishing.
